LOWELL— The Rufus Gifford for Congress Election Night party will take place at the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center. The event is open to the public and press.

There will be a mult-box and press riser located in the back of the ballroom, both accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHEN:
Tuesday, September 4
- Media trucks are welcome to arrive after 2:00 PM.
- All other press are welcome to arrive after 6:00 PM.
- The doors will open to the public at 8:00 PM.

CREDENTIALS:
There will be a media check-in table directly inside the Grand Ballroom entrance. All media will be issued a press credential. To expedite the entry process, we encourage you to contact Kate Norton (knorton@ckstrategies.com) prior to the event.
PARKING:
All parking will be accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to reserve or guarantee a parking space.
There will be limited parking available for media trucks only on Warren Street between Central Street and George Street. For all others, you will find parking at a lot on-site, and a nearby pay station garage: Lower Locks Parking Facility, 90 Warren Street.
WIFI:
There is a secure guest network available for this event, which also will be used by all Inn & Conference Center guests. Login and password will be available on-site.
