LOWELL—Rufus Gifford, candidate for Congress in Massachusetts’ 3rd congressional district, today welcomed the endorsement and support from State Representative Stephan Hay (D-3rd Worcester).
“I am so honored to have Representative Hay’s support,” said Gifford. “He’s a highly-respected and effective leader and I know he will give our people-first campaign a big boost in the western part of the district.”
